Anniversary

Happy anniversary Devon. These past years with you have made me so happy. 

Summer 2014

This summer overall has been full of blessings. Fresh from graduating from my four month acting program at VFS I promptly started school at at a college ten days later. Who goes to university then to college you may ask? Well, I do. Ironically I worked so hard in high school to get in now couldn't get out fast enough. I need a higher GPA to get into the elementary education program I want to be in. Sadly, I will only be in college for two semesters because they don't have all the courses that I need. So this year I'm registered in two schools. Earlier before the semester started I seriously considered practical nursing. But I had already put in two years of school that I might as well not start over.

Wow my life is so interesting.

Anyways, this semester has been great. I made new friends and Ben, my puppy, made friends too. It's two in the morning and I just finished my essay! So proud. I found the biggest font, which is Veranda by the way, and bumped me up one page. I am so smart. "S-M-R-T!" I drank so much coffee today that I can't sleep and cannot watch another episode of How I Met Your Mother. Also, I got a retail job. It's been so long since I've done something other than babysitting. A year and a half I believe. I've also joined a gym and have lost 8 pounds so far. I've been pretty lazy about going recently but have a gym buddy now. And I bought two kinds of salads at the grocery store this week.

Again, my life is so interesting. It pretty much consists of my friends and I studying at coffee shops.  

I have a lot to look forward to the rest of this summer. Well, my summer begins soon. I'm going on a cabin trip, to my first ever wedding of my childhood friend, and to Victoria.

Let's talk about something random: inspiration. I have to say, I haven't felt this inspired about life since I was well...probably the summer before grade twelve. I feel like I am at the point in my life where I've overcome a lot of my struggles and I'm just excited about life.

Ben Franklin

Hey everyone! This is my dog Ben. He is a purebred Maltese and is three months old. Also responds to the name Benny and Ben Ben. My boyfriend named his last name Franklin. He knows how to sit and shake a paw. Ben is pee pad trained and soon he will be old enough to go on his walks. We all love him <3

 

 

My Boyfriend

My boyfriend is my best friend. He is who keeps me going throughout the day. He is kind, sweet, generous, and funny. A day with him is always a good day. He makes boring ordinary things into something fun and spontaneous. When we met I wasn't looking for anything in particular but he is all I have ever wanted. I love him with all my heart and I would give anything to and for him. He is my best friend.

Met up with my friend Michelle yesterday who I've known since grade eight. We ate at Sushi Garden. I'm usually an "all you can eat sushi" person but I have to say that this place is the best. Except it's usually super busy. I got dynamite rolls, tempura udon, and spicy tofu. Mmmm nomnom :D
