Why I want to be an actor:
1. Actors get to escape from the real world. Even if only momentarily
2. It's fun
3. To be able to represent a screenplay writer is honourable. And take their work and literally "bring it to life"
4. To experience things that I would never normally have the opportunity to experience
5. Because I'm tired of academics and university makes me crazy
6. Because it's my passion
