“Rhinoceros“ and “Blood Relations”

Working backstage for “Rhinoceros “ and “Blood Relations” was an amazing experience. I met acting students who had done so much with their life. I met friends that I normally wouldn't have otherwise. I was a drama student in high school and being in such a professional theatre environment was a privilege and so much fun :)

I enjoyed doing the actors' hair, makeup, and being apart of set crew. 

It was a fun challenge learning hairstyles such as pin curls and aging makeup. 

I know a lot of people say things like “this experience changed my life” but it actually did. I was a student who was basically forced to attend university for academics when I really wanted to go into the arts. The experience helped me to “pursue my dreams.”
